After a great shout out I went to Nuffield Health in Crawley. I joined in to task master Stephen Trussell classes thanks to Mandy Keogh, who unfortunately was in plaster and has two broken ribs but still did spin! Full on sessions. I loved joining in with everyone and thanks for making me feel so welcome.
