I had lots of fun with Booty Camp, Cardiff’s Female Only Fitness Boot Camp a couple of weeks ago for one of my Join in June visits. The weather was perfect, the session tough, the company fun, the enthusiasm 10/10, the instructor Mark energetic and the ladies gave 100%. As I have gone around the country I have met different people of all abilities, shapes, sizes, ages and backgrounds. What do we all have in common? The commitment of turning up and trying our best. That’s all you can ever ask for. I really enjoyed the workout. Thanks for the shoutout and inviting me.
