Sunday I was at the Virgin Sport British 10K (See if you can spot yourself in the video). I was part of Westminster 100 UN Women UK celebrating 100 years since women in the UK gained the right to vote thanks to the suffragettes movement with 100 women. Also I was there for my local Mental Health charity West Kent Mind who I am an ambassador for because I believe it’s good to be open and have support when you most need it. I got to start the race with a horn then jump down and run around the amazing city of London and get a medal. It was an amazing day something I won’t forget in a while and have given me the urge to enter something else as I too was inspired by all the other runners – Thank you!
