A great circuit workout with Natasha of Booty Fit in Old Windsor actually I should say hard as it lived up to Natasha’s surname! A fun warm up (of course I show me winning the cone although lost two) and then bang. A full on session with all the things I love: body weight exercises, weights, running, cardio, strength. Again a mixed ability group all giving 100% and I got to train with everyone of them as I rotated around the room. I loved every minute of the class and I enjoyed doing a little Q&A chat about running.
