Really short piece from today’s parkrun at Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa. No running footage as my buddy James was not with me. But pretty chuffed with my 90.34% age group grade and a PB by 35 seconds. I came 3rd overall. 2nd female (by a women 11 years younger than me and an SA endurance athlete so I will take it) and 1st in my age group overall. The thing I am most impressed with is the next person in my age category was a guy in 14th. As I said on my twitter, I might get good at this running lark if I start training properly.
