Kelly runs the Hastings parkrun

Yesterday I went and got a parkrun PB! 17.48. It was a nice flat course in Hastings and to be honest I still had a bit of tension and stress from the past week.I decided not to announce that I was attending because I needed the run to help me. Running whilst it was my career has now become a great way of keeping fit, travelling and therapy for my mental health issues: Anxiety, Stress and Depression. Yes I am human too. I am very happy with 3rd place over all, 1st women and 1st for age. What I love about parkrun is meeting everyone, hopefully putting a smile on peoples faces which in turn definitely puts one on mine.
